Korean Style BBQ Beef

Who’s ready for another #yummy dish created by @crystal_is_fittish with our delicious #KellerMeats ? Gimme a 🙌🏼. This week’s is вeeғ + with a surprise addition of strawberries. 🥩 🍓
What You'll Need


12-14 ounces raw Keller Meats Sirloin Steak or Flank Steak, sliced very thin (should yield 10 ounces cooked)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp sesame oil (or olive oil)
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp ground or fresh ginger
2 green onions
1 tsp chili garlic paste or sriracha
1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
3 strawberries finely chopped (or 1 tbsp brown sugar)


Combine strawberries with soy sauce.

Combine with garlic, ginger, and chili garlic paste. Let sit for at least 1 hour.

Add beef to marinade and allow to sit for at least 1 hour.

Add oil to skillet and saute meat in a skillet or wok on high heat.

Slice green onion and add to meat.

Add sesame seeds.

Serve with rice noodles, or rice, and/or sauteed vegetables such as broccoli, onion, & bell peppers
