Lemon Pepper Chicken Pasta

What You'll Need


22 ounces of raw Keller meets chicken breast
8 oz Lemon pepper @ohiocitypasta
150g Broccoli
1 Red bell pepper
1 lemon to zest and juice
3 oz Microgreens
4 oz goat cheese
1 tsp Salt free lemon pepper seasoning


Zest then juice lemon, reserving both.

Slice and sauté chicken with lemon zest and 1 tsp lemon pepper. Remove from skillet.

Chop and sauté broccoli and pepper. Remove from skillet.

Cook pasta according to instructions adding lemons rinds to water.

Drain, reserving 2/3 pasta water.

Add lemon juice to goat cheese.

Place in skillet with pasta water.

Stir until cheese is melted.

Add in all other ingredients and stir to coat!
